CIP and PETROVIETNAM to develop offshore wind project in Vietnam

This will be under CIP’s Growth Market Fund II.

Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) has entered into a joint agreement with PETROVIETNAM for the development of an offshore wind project in Vietnam.

According to CIP, this will be supported by its Growth Market Fund II. The project will be developed together with Copenhagen Offshore Partners, CIP’s exclusive offshore wind development partner.

“The project should contribute to Vietnam’s energy security and lay the foundation for a robust local supply chain,” CIP said.
