Synera increases stake in Formosa 2
It now accounts for over half of the project.
Synera Renewable Energy (SRE) has acquired an additional 26% interest in Formosa 2 offshore wind project in Taiwan.
The company said in a statement that this acquisition increased its interest in the project to 51% from 25%.
“This strategic transaction underscores our commitment to ensuring fair market valuation throughout the asset’s life cycle, safeguarding market order, and supporting the long-term stability of offshore wind development in Taiwan,” SRE said.
