CPI to strengthen Tangshan's clean energy operations

CPI strengthened strategic cooperation with Tangshan municipal government in developing clean energy power generation.

China Power International will fully utilize the rich wind energy resources and the high waste treating efficiency in Tangshan, Hebei Province to actively develop wind power, waste incineration power generation and photovoltaic power generation. Besides pushing forward the Qianxi Thermal Power Plant, it will also continue to seek opportunities for co-generation project, striving to coordinate the development of both thermal power and clean energy in Tangshan.

This is based on the project named Strategic Cooperation in Developing Clean Energy Power Generation Project signed by China Power International and the Tangshan municipal government.
