Inner Mongolia approves CPI's polysilicon, and solar grade silicon projects

The government of  Inner Mongolia approved the 6000-ton polysilicon and 800MW solar grade silicon sheet project undertaken by CPI Mengdong Energy Group.

 

The approval of this project laid a solid foundation for construction commencement within the year, marked a major breakthrough of the project, and indicated that the industrial chain of circular economy in Baiyinhua area of East Inner Mongolia will enter the stage of material construction.
 
Developing the solar grade polysilicon project in Xilingol complies with national industrial policies and environmental requirements, and is good for comprehensive resource utilization and developing green circular economy in local area.
