Developments in Jiaxing offshore wind projects underway

China Wind Power, the Zhejiang Jiaxing government and Zhejiang M&E Group will jointly prepare to develop Jiaxing offshore wind projects. The works include setting up mast to evaluate the wind.

The wind condition in Jiaxing area is extremely rich and appropriate to develop offshore wind projects on a large scale. The cooperation among the three parties means the group is actively preparing to develop offshore wind projects. This is based on the offshore wind power projects development agreement between the three groups.

Attendees to the signing ceremony are the Mayor of Jiaxing City, Mr. Chen Weixing, the Vice Mayor of Jiaxing City, Mr. Chen Yueqiang, the Vice Chairman of Jiaxing People's Congress, the Vice President of Jiaxing CPPCC, the Chairman of Zhejiang M&E Group, the Executive Director, Mr. Yu Weizhou and some other representatives.
